Both Parties Submitted Findings of Fact and Rulings of Law
Following the late February conclusion of the six-week trial over the State’s failure to properly manage our coastal fisheries, the parties were asked, as expected, to submit proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law based on the evidence at trial. CCA NC and the other citizen plaintiffs have now submitted those proposed findings and conclusions for the Court’s consideration, and the State has submitted its proposed findings and conclusions as well. A decision is expected some months from now, and we will, of course, keep you updated.
CCA NC would again like to thank all of the volunteers and contributors who made it possible for us to pursue this case, take it to trial, and reveal the hard truths about the State’s failed management of our coastal fisheries.
