The special CCA NC edition of the New 2025 Parker 23 SE Center Console boat, part of Parker's Special Edition "SE" line, features a shallow draft Modified-V hull, offering versatility for both inshore fishing and relaxing at your favorite sandbar with friends and family. Parker Offshore has donated their 23 SE fully equipped with numerous standard features and customized options, including dual 8’ Power Poles, Garmin electronics, Garmin trolling motor, a Yamaha 250, and a Loadrite dual axle trailer. It comes standard with a flush deck bow, perfect for no-nonsense fishing. Plus, it comes with the new Parker quilted forward seating. This platform provides extra seating or lounging space for the family. Remove the cushion, and it transforms into a casting platform, which paired with the Garmin trolling motor and dual Power Poles creates the ultimate shallow-water fishing boat!

Raffle Rules
- Winner will receive a 2025 Parker Offshore 23SE, Yamaha 250 motor and Loadrite Trailer
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of United States of America
- Online ticket sale ends Monday, 15th September 2025 at 11:55pm
- Drawing to be held on September 18, 2025, at the Crystal Coast Civic Center in Morehead City
- The winner would be responsible for picking up the boat from a North Carolina location.
- Winner will be chosen by a Random selection.
- Winner need not be present to win.
- The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and registration fees.
- Winners will be contacted via Phone, email and/or Mailing address provided at the time of registration within 15 days of drawing.
- A prize is offered “as is” at time of drawing.
- Tickets are $100 each.
- Any Personal and contact information provided while contacting will be confidential.
- The Raffle and drawing are being conducted by Coastal Conservation Association North Carolina (a Non-Profit Under section 501(c)(3) whose principal place of business is 4809 Hargrove Road, Raleigh North Carolina
- Funds raised will continue protecting North Carolina's fisheries and coastal habitats!
