- Winner will receive a 2001 Jones Brothers Bateau Light Tackle edition including a 2020 115 Yamaha Four stroke and a continental trailer.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of United States of America
- Ticket sale ends June 22nd, 2022 at 5:00pm
- Drawing to be held on June 23, 2022 between 12:00 and 5:00pm on Facebook Live
- Winners will be chosen by a Random selection.
- Winner need not be present to win.
- Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
- Winners will be contacted via Phone, email and/or Mailing address provided at the time of registration within 15 days of drawing

- The Raffle and drawing is being conducted by Coastal Conservation Association North Carolina (a Non-Profit Under section 501(c)(3) ) whose principle place of business is 4809 Hargrove Road, Raleigh North Carolina
- Funds from the Raffle will support CCA North Carolina’s Legal Defense Fund as we continue forward in our legal action against the State of NC for their mismanagement of your public trust resource. Proceeds will also be used for future habitat projects across the state, in an effort to restore, enhance and protect marine resources across North Carolina’s coastal environments.
