Raffle Rules

  • Winner will receive a 2022 Bulls Bay 2000 Center Console, 2022 150HP Yamaha Four Stroke and a 2022 Loadrite Trailer 
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of United States of America
  • Ticket sale ends May 7th, 2023 at 12:00pm
  • Drawing to be held on May 8th, 2023 between 12:00 Noon on Facebook Live
  • Winners will be chosen by a Random selection.
  • Winner need not be present to win.
  • Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
  • Winners will be contacted via Phone, email and/or Mailing address provided at the time of registration within 15 days of drawing.
    Prize is offered “as is” at time of drawing.
  • Limit of 10 tickets per person.
  • Tickets are $50 each (suggested minimum donation).
  • Any Personal and contact information provided while contacting will be confidential.
  • The Raffle and drawing are being conducted by Coastal Conservation Association North Carolina (a Non-Profit Under section 501(c)(3) whose principal place of business is 4809 Hargrove Road, Raleigh North Carolina
  • Funds from the Raffle will support CCA North Carolina’s Legal Defense Fund as we continue forward in our legal action against the State of NC for their mismanagement of your public trust resource. Proceeds will also be used for future habitat projects across the state, in an effort to restore, enhance and protect marine resources across North Carolina’s coastal environments.
